Air Duct Pipe integrated with resonator produced by using our Multi-Functional Exchange^® Blow Molding is introduced as one of the 22 recently resinified auto parts examples.

Our MES-EXCHANGE^® Blow Molding and Multi-Functional Exchange^® Blow Molding are introduced in the book "Plastic Automotive Parts - Understanding the Present Situations and near future Trends from 90 Case Studies" written by Mr. Masao Iwano, Manager of Plastic Technology & Business Development Laboratory

As case studies of the resinification of parts inside the engine room, the following 2 examples of our technologies are introduced.

• Air Intake Pipe produced by using MES-EXCHANGE^® Blow Molding has realized a lighter and more cost efficient part
• Air Intake Pipe Module integrated with Resonator produced by using Multi-functional Exchange^® Blow Molding has reduced the number of parts and assembly processes, made the part lighter and more cost efficient.

Excell will continue our efforts to develop new technologies to meet customers' demands as a pioneer of such Exchange^® plastic parts.

Excell USA Inc. has commended the employees for their 10-year service in the company.
They were given a letter of appreciation and a gift for his contribution to the company from the time soon after its establishment in 1999.

Government Subsidy was officially announced

As we informed on the NEWS dated 2009.6.2, both Excell Corporation and Excell Manufacturing Co., Ltd. won MONOZUKURI (Molding Qualityjcertification. According to this certification, it was officially announced on 2009.12.8 that government subsidy is granted to our project "Development of Integrated molding technology for plastic inlet duct used in automotive engine room."

Both Excell Corporation and Excell Manufacturing Co., Ltd. win MONOZUKURI certification.

Our theme that we are aiming at is "Development of the plastic molding and processing technology to meet new molding materials and new molding processes". The research paper we made up was certified by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) as an appropriate theme to The Plan of Specific Research and Development etc. basing on the Act for the Sophistication of Basic Manufacturing Technology of Small and Medium Enterprises as of April 17, 2009.

According to this Act, METI certifies R&D for the Sophistication of Basic Manufacturing Technology by Small and Medium Enterprises which is commonly called MONOZUKURI and provides various supports as well to respond the needs of the downstream industries such as automotive and IT industries.
This certification given to us is a proof of our directions to MONOZUKURI being properly recognized and assessed. We will make this certification as a steppingstone to further enhancement of the R&D systems including human resource development and higher level of MONOZUKURI.

Teleconference Systems are Installed (Tokyo, Gunma, Indiana).

- Realizing Sensitive, Precise, and Speedy Communication -

As teleconference systems, Polycom VSX6000 are installed in three locations: Excell Co., (Tokyo), Excell MFG Co.,/Excell Eng Co., (Gunma) and Excell USA, Inc. (Indiana, USA).

Excell adopted a teleconference system in order to provide sensitive, precise, and speedy communication with our customers. We considered cases such as the customer's needs to contact us quickly. This new system eliminates the possible communication problem with telephone and/or e-mail only contacts, thereby enabling the customer to have a multi location meeting among Japan/oversea locations and Excel's Japan/oversea locations.

Excell's basic style is to bring and show the actual samples to customers and have the technical meetings. It is now possible to have speedy communication (such as technical meetings) with this telecommunication system while inside the office.
