Seven I's starting from "I" (oneself)

In the dawn of Japanese Plastic, Excell Corporation was established under the slogan of "Seven I's" in 1970. The following year, a plastic blow molding factory on the brink of bankruptcy was purchased by Naniwa-Bushi (due to a sense of social obligations and human feelings), and manufacturing was started as Excell MFG. Co.,Ltd..
One right after another, industrial rights are registered as well as 3D Exchange Blow Molding, and new functional plastic blow molded products are newly developed.
Excell is expanding deliveries to office automation equipment manufacturers and housing related manufacturers while key focusing auto manufacturers/auto parts manufacturers. We continue to work toward our goal of being an independent auto part manufacturer/industrial plastic molder.

Lineups of New Materials and New Methods, and Applying to Various Fluids

Enhancing the lineups of new materials and new methods, Excell will develop plastic molded products to support more complicated shapes, more extreme usage environment, and more extreme cost requirements.
In addition to our leading products, such as air intake products and air conditioning products, application is expanded to various fluids such as LLC, fuel, water, toner, oil, and gas.
We are always searching for new ways to develop blow molded products with new applications and new functions.

Speedy Best Proposition and Design Evaluation by Excell's Own Equipment

When the customer is designing the plastic products, Excell quickly proposes the best material/method/shape and assure the product quality by design evaluation/inspection by using Excell's own various R&D test equipments and devices in order for our customer to feel confident in using our products. We also cooperate to reduce the development period and development cost.

Global Supply and Global Design

In 1999 local production base, which is 100% invested by Excell, was started to operate in USA.
Local production base was launched in Thailand (also 100% Excell invested) where Excell had already expanded as a trading company.
Together with manufacturing companies in USA and Thailand, technology licensee companies in Sweden, Germany, and Korea, and also joint venture corporation in China, Excell will strive to meet global supply and global design requests from our customers.
