Multi-dimensional Extrusion System (MES®)
Merits of Multi-dimensional Extrusion System
This is the first developed Multi-dimensional Extrusion System technology in the world.
By moving the mold and resin providing die head relatively, below merits which are accepted by many customers are developed.
- Forming multi-dimensional products without burr, and producing the products with good reliability.
- Products with bellows or multi functional parts are possible.
- Highly functional engineering plastic can be molded.
Basic Concept of MES®
MES is Blow Molding technology in which the mold and the parison (cylindrically melted resin) pushing die head are moved relatively, and place the parison inside the transversely set mold cavity.
Excell uses special methods to move the die head and mold to provide products that meet our customer's needs.
About MES® (loss of materials and reliability)
Forming Multi-dimensional Products without Barr
MES molds multi-dimensional products without barr.
Unlike the traditional blow molding which produces a large amount of burr, MES produces a part with significantly reduced amount of burr. Therefore, the volume of recycled materials is low and allows us to reuse this material such as engineering plastic, elastomer, and glass fiber contained resin without degradation of molding properties.
