Excell mainly uses thermoplastics that are highly productive and easy to recycle.
We have extensive experiences in handling a wide range of thermoplastics, from general-purpose plastics that are easy to mold and widely used, engineering plastics that have excellent performance but are difficult to mold, and super engineering plastics that have high heat resistance and are difficult to mold. We are also making efforts toward the realization of a sustainable society, such as considering the introduction of environmentally friendly biomass plastics and the reuse of waste materials. We do not simply perform molding / processing, but will propose better manufacturing as a development partner, understanding the characteristics and performance of various plastics.
